Congratulations on purchasing your Living Social Deal!! We are so excited about this and look forward to providing you with great images that capture the moments that cannot be recreated. We plan on having a lot fun while doing this and hope that after your shoot with Diaz Nola Photography, that we gain a lifetime friend/client.
Your voucher is equivalent to booking a family shoot at regular cost, including- 2-3 hours, unlimited wardrobe changes, location of your choice (within a 30 mile radius of New Orleans), a high resolution disc with all the images digitally edited including the copyrights, 2- 8×10′s, and an online gallery to view and purchase additional prints.
Q: What can I expect from a shoot purchased from Living Social?
A: DNP promises to provide the same level of service for a session purchased from Living Social as they would for any other session.
Q: What is the best way to contact you?
A: Because we will be receiving a lot of phone calls and emails from Living Social viewers, the best way to contact us would be via email first and we will get back within a timely fashion, however do not hesitate to call us and if we are unable to answer we will certainly return your phone call as soon as possible.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We come to you, covering the New Orleans and Northshore region. Travel fees may apply if it is outside the 30 mile radius.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Please call within 48 hours to cancel/reschedule your photo shoot. Without prior notification within that time, the voucher will become void, however we do not foresee that becoming an issue, just contact us and we will work with you.
Q:Can I use my voucher towards another shoot, other than a family shoot?
A: Yes, excluding events and weddings. However it can be used as a credit towards an event or wedding shoot.
Q: If I want to meet you first for a consultation to discuss ideas and get a feel for you, is that included in the session?
A: Absolutely! We always encourage that to ensure that we can uncover your ideas and to help us provide you with a very personal shoot.
Q: When should I book the session and use my voucher?
A: The voucher must be used within 3 months. That means you need to contact us before January 10, 2013, after purchasing your voucher, and schedule your session, using your voucher number. The shoot can be scheduled for any available day within a year. We recommend that you call us ASAP, after purchasing your voucher because slots will fill up quickly.
Q: Can I use my voucher for holiday photos?
A: Absolutely!! As we mentioned above, schedule it soon so that we can try to fit you in.
Q: What other things should I know?
A: Feel free to show us some things that you may have seen online or photos that we have on our site that are similar to what you may be expecting from your shoot. We have a creative style that will be conveyed regardless, however we are always willing to work with you on your ideas.
